I have a thing where I can't use the internet too much for some time so going outside is a necessity if I want to stay (mostly) sane

Not really daily. Hanging out is fun but it gets tiring after a while and there days where I'd prefer hang in and spend the night alone, watching anime, playing games or whatever. So it's more like 5 times a week

Like the others said, I'm also not a daily outdoors person, but I try to make it a habit to go outside at least four or five days of the week just so I don't die of ennui. Boredom kills, and so does obesity.
