====== Abnormal statuses ======

  * Only one status effect can be active at a time (this is separate from [[temporary_statuses|temporary statuses]]).
  * All conditions (except "Poison") will be cured after performing a few actions.
  * They can be cured by using various items or skills.
  * Normal status will be restored after the battle ends.
  * Inflicting an abnormal status on an opponent will reset their tension to normal.

===== MotionSeal =====

  * Stops the inflicted from taking their next action.
  * It will cure after one action has been performed. It can also be cured with the FeverfewRoot item or ''@Esuna''.
  * Example of activation: Swordsman's skill ''@SoberingSlap''

===== Poison =====

  * Each time the inflicted takes an action, they take damage equal to 1/10 of their maximum HP.
  * It can be cured with the AntidotalHerb item or ''@Squelch''.
  * Example of activation: MonsterTamer's breath ''@VenomBreath''

===== Confusion =====

  * The inflicted's action will be a random target, either friend or foe.
  * It will cure after a few actions have been performed. It can also be cured with the AngelBell item or ''@Esuna''.
  * Example of activation: DarkMage's magic ''@Fuddle''

===== Sleep =====

  * The inflicted is unable to act.
  * It will cure after a few actions have been performed. It can also be cured with the FeverfewRoot item or ''@CockADoodleDoo''.
  * Example of activation: Mage's magic ''@Snooze''

===== Paralysis =====

  * The inflicted is unable to act.
  * It will cure after a few actions have been performed. It can also be cured with the MoonwortBulb item or ''@Tingle''.
  * Example of activation: Ninja's breath ''@BurningBreath''

===== AttackSeal =====

  * The inflicted is unable to use physical attacks.
  * It will cure after a few actions have been performed. It can also be cured with the FeverfewRoot item or ''@Esuna''.
  * Example of activation: BarrierMage's ''@Bind''

===== MagicSeal =====

  * The inflicted is unable to use magic skills.
  * It will cure after a few actions have been performed. It can also be cured with the FeverfewRoot item or ''@Esuna''.
  * Example of activation: DarkMage's magic ''@Kafizzle''

  * The inflicted is unable to use dance skills.
  * It will cure after a few actions have been performed. It can also be cured with the FeverfewRoot item or ''@Esuna''.
