On Heyuri? You can make your own uploader board on up.heyuri.net (assuming it's no longer b0rked), but other than that: noep
If you want an actual imageboard (and you don't want to set up your own website), you can use an 8chan clone like 8chan.moe to make your own fully-fledged 4chan-like imageboards

There's an ancient (we're talking 1997) PO Box script out there that I've translated, modified, and previously considered adding here - it has the ability to enable both user reading and writing, so it can effectively be used as a guestbook
However, it's very insecure and primitive (see: 1997), and has no easy way for staff-san or users to moderate it, so it most likely won't be added ^^;

it was borked but someone fixed it and was able to make my own.

is it hard to setup on a unix platform? like openbsd or debian/ubuntu? id be willing to setup if i have your permission. im just looking for a very simple guestbook. thank you
