You need to go in C:\Windows and delete the system32 folder to clear the DNS cache, then refresh the exhentai tab in your browser. If you get any errors saying you don't have permission to delete system32 then you may need to find some software or script to bypass TrustedInstaller because Microsoft is trying to stop you from getting to the loli doujins on exhentai.
