exercise more
don't need to be a gym guy, just run a bit and you will feel smarter
I need to do this more - I always feel better after a short jog of whatever, but I can't make it a habit lol
jack off less
yes, you will feel brighter after doing it once, I have great ideas after doing it, but you should probably not do more than 2x a day and should probably actually be less than 7x a week lul (I can't be arsed to follow this)
otherwise, you're just feeling good only when you're jacking it all the time
eat
this might be a bad habit, but I feel smarter and better off after eating, assuming it wasn't something sweet
I feel bad if I have too much sweet shit
sleep better
good luck on this one, I don't fucking know how to do this, my sleep schedule is AIDS
and even when I have the time to attempt to fix it, I'll occasionally wake up after 5h and not be able to sleep again for ages so I usually give up and stay up despite trying to get 8h sleep...
do something creative
you need to do one of the above though first, I always end up just staring blankly and not getting shit done otherwise
but I feel more accomplished and happier after drawing something or writing something or making music, even if it's not very good
I just need to feel like it's not totally worthless to feel good from this

remove sugar, bread, and oils from diet. And sleep more. I'm on my own journey to fix my head.

- Eat healthier. Avoid/reduce sugar (especially avoid added sugar, corn syrup, etc.), avoid junk food, and drink more water.
- Check if you are deficient in any vitamins or minerals but remain skeptical on any diagnosis or claims.
- Go outside and get sunlight. Real sunlight is superior to pills.
- Go shower.
- Get good sleep.
- Stop porn. Porn messes you up. If you get urges then try substituting or put your mind elsewhere like through exercise. If the urge is too strong then jerk it with no porn. Ideally you should aim to be no fap or close to no fap though.
- Exercise.
- Find something to do that is mentally stimulating. You can draw, program, study japanese, etc. I would even say video games is fine but keep for any of these activities you should keep it at a level where you understand that it will not an obstacle to your well-being. For instance 12 hours a day straight studying programming will not do your health any good.
- Build a daily routine that has good habits. In your daily routine you should also prepare make-shift plans for when it goes wrong. So for example if your routine involve running X laps around the track field but one day you feel lazy then subtitute it with something else like maybe 30 minutes of studying. Good habits take patience but sometimes we feel too down in the dump to keep it going so that's why I recommend preparing for those moments.
- Don't compare yourself to others. Comparison is the thief of joy. It's insanely hard not to do this but it's something to keep in mind as you work on yourself.
Hope your brain feels good soon. (´・ω・`)
