By 'memes' I mean bad psychological/sociological ideas which get shared too much （ ’～’）
For me, the dumbest imageboard related one is that people have bad social skills from 'schizoid personality disorder'. This is basically dismissive avoidant attachment but supposedly unfixable, with a trendy 'schizo' name for narcs...

Gonna necrobump an ancient thread to say that the jock/nerd dichotomy is one of the most pernicious ideas to ever get spread through the culture. You should be training your body AND your mind; neglecting either hurts you.
