What do you consider as being 'subversive'?

Some people are very concerned with being 'subversive' these days, but unfortunately they are all trying to be 'subversive' in the same way, so it all comes of as rather samey and predictable. What do you consider to be truly 'subversive'? Do you ever run into examples of it in the wild?

It's when something is done or made with the ulterior motive of destroying or undermining something (particularly "power structures"), often with the intentions hidden behind the mask of a seemingly innocent or innocuous exterior

You run into it all the time, even on Heyuri ^^;

when i still used 4chan years and years ago, if i was arguing with someone and i got annoyed i would impersonate them and make them seem like a complete retard and asshole. that would probably be considered as subversive activity
