Stop that, quit social media, there's nothing of value in them (maybe except YouTube, but that's a special case). Use imageboards and old forums instead, maybe you could even try surfing the web to look for some interesting sites (not many people surf the web anymore, sadly). Even porn sites are better than social media

You could also try playing video games instead. Some would say they are a waste of time, but playing games is definitely less of a waste than scrolling social media

I did this not that long ago. I'm still immeasurably glad I found Heyuri because I absolutely would have probably given up and gone back to all that bullshit and I would have hated it and hated myself for it.

been doing a bunch of proper web surfing again too, but it feels harder these days
probably because people mostly end up linking the big social media sites on their personal pages or don't really have much on their page
