Sorry for making another one of these in short span of time, didn't expect to beat it so soon sweat2. Honestly, i don't know why classic Mega Man games have the reputation of being difficult unsure
>>
I for one can't get very far in Mega Man games at all sweat2

My excuse is the weird jumping physics (or lack thereof)
>>
You gotta space these out moar... already gave me depression, you going for teh kill now emo
I keep getting reminded of time wasted in teh interwebz instead of using it on completing gaems... why can't i change, ProductivAnon? cry

I'm the exact opposite. The Mario-style jumping physics based heavily on momentum and acceleration tend to give me a hard time. I prefer tight controls, like in DKC

2 is definitely the easiest by a lot from what I remember.
>>
>Mario-style jumping physics
I suck hard at Mario games too - the only platformers that I'm good at and feel "right" to me are the classic Sonic games xd

Cheer up, emo kid. Everybody's a gamer deep down biggrin

I've only played 1 and 2, but from what i can gather the original is touted as the ball-busting one out of the whole franchise, which lets me know all the classic games are a breeze.
I remember Mega Man X putting up some considerable resistance (in fact, i never beat Sigma), though i haven't played it in years

you start with metal man
it ain't rocket science

I never got into the classic series - I only beat Mega Man X. Sigma definitely gave me some trouble at the end, and also took me a while to get the Hadouken. Worth it tho, even if I only got to one shot a couple bosses with it.

The slow pacing of the classics compared to how fast X was kinda turns me off, but maybe I should give it a go sometime. I also tried Zero, I think I'm around 25% thru that. (´ー`)

I remember X1 being really, really easy (in weapon order, of course), up until the absolute end. Way easier than any of the classic MM games.

for reference, I played a bunch of X4 and X5 back in the day and I was terrible back then and I still kinda struggle with those games

Start by Cutman and then Elecman. The boomerang is really useful throughout that whole stage (It kills the floor enemies, for one) and the lighting is broken. Also, don't get discouraged. The stages are really short and a game over only means restarting them

Rockman 1 is harder.
>>
The only mega man game I played was battle network. Fun times.

I started playing BN1 and got too annoyed about the map layouts, and then I played BN2 and didn't get that far...

had fun, I should give it another go
