Whats that one tea that is roasted? is it barley tea? That stuff is so gross... it tastes like drinking burnt corn.

there's houjicha which is roasted green tea and there's also mugicha which is roasted barley tea (and has no caffeine). i don't make houjicha at home but i like it when i go out to places that serve it. i sometimes buy bottles of mugicha when i want something that tastes like tea but don't want the caffeine but i can't say i like it that much. sencha is the best as far as i'm concerned.
