It is technically possible to log in using a hacky workaround, but it will not reset the number of times you rapidly pressed the “Speak” button, and will cause inconvenience to others who are waiting to log in, so please don't do it.

If you wait too long, your player data will be automatically deleted. At that point, you must register a new player.
